How to Apply:

1. Preheat your heat press or iron to 350°F
2. Remove rhinestone transfer from white backing
3. Place the design on your garment (sticky side down)
4. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet
5. Apply firm pressure for 20 seconds
6. Let cool slightly, then gently peel carrier sheet
7. Repress for a few seconds if needed to secure stones
